5. Project Engagements

Any engagement for services is subject to a separate written agreement or proposal. The following general conditions apply to all client projects:

• Proposals — all proposals are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
• Payment — invoices are due within the timeframe specified in the project agreement. We reserve the right to pause or withhold work where payment is overdue.
• Revisions — the number of revision rounds included is specified in the project proposal. Additional revisions may incur additional charges.
• Client responsibilities — timely provision of content, feedback, and approvals is the client's responsibility. Delays caused by the client may affect agreed timelines without penalty to Illyrian Digital.
• Cancellation — if a project is cancelled after work has commenced, we reserve the right to invoice for work completed to that point.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of an engagement, and not to disclose such information to third parties without prior written consent, except as required by law.

We may reference your brand name and display work completed for you in our portfolio unless you explicitly request otherwise in writing before project commencement.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

This website and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of any content on this website.

We do not guarantee specific results from our digital marketing or SEO services, as outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including search engine algorithm changes and market conditions.
